Company Policies
Order Processing
Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. All items are handmade and freshness counts. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend days/holidays will be processed on the following, regular business day. Excluding holidays, orders are processed and shipped on regular business days (Monday through Friday) from Baton Rouge, LA.
Sales Tax
If you're shipment is going to a domestic location in the U.S. other than Louisiana, sales tax will not be charged to your purchase. By law we are required to charge sales tax on orders being shipped in Louisiana.
Shipping
Our primary shipping method is USPS Parcel Post which is usually a 3-5 day delivery time after shipment. If you need rush service, please email us at mailto:lauren@laurensluxuries.com to discuss shipping options. If you would like to arrange for local delivery and pick-up within the Baton Rouge area, please use the coupon code "FREESHIP" in the coupon box during the checkout process. Once the order is ready, we will contact you to arrange for delivery. Currently we are taking orders only within the United States.
Payments
PayPal is the primary method of payment on www.laurensluxuries.com. We use PayPal as our primary payment processor to securely handle all of our customer's transactions. Lauren's Luxuries does not have direct access to any of your credit card information when paying through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at http://www.paypal.com/,. If you would prefer to pay via check or cash, merchandise will be shipped once payment is processed.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of our products, they are not returnable for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you must contact us via email at mailto:lauren@laurensluxuries.com within 7 business days of receipt of the order to obtain a replacement item or a merchandise credit.
Questions About Our Products
We are more than willing to answer your questions. If you have allergies, please inquire about the specific ingredients in our products. We maintain the right to refuse to sell to anyone who may be allergic to our products. We do this for buyer and seller protection.
Quality Control
Quality control is very important at Lauren's Luxuries. Our products are tested with quality ingredients and tested recipes. Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be slight variations.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. WE DO NOT SELL OUR LISTS!
